DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING
This department has highly qualified & dynamic staff motivate the students through mini projects & competitions. The Exhaustive course has been designed to meet the demands of the current trend of an I.T. Industry.
The department is well furnished with latest technology computers and has advanced competitive facilities like internet & intranet facilities in the region. The facilities include software like Oracle, MS-Office, Java, IIS, CAD, PWS C++, C etc.
The hardware facilities include PC-Servicing Training Kit, Micro Processor Kits, Digital Trainer etc.
On completion of 3 years Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering the students have the following opportunities;
• Can continue higher education like B.E. by taking direct admission to 3rd semester, BBA,BCA,AMIE etc.
• Can have the placement in Government, Semi-Government, Public or Private sectors as technical engineers in hardware and software.
• Can work as Programmers in Banking sectors, Technical and Non-Technical colleges, schools, National and International Software Development Companies.
• Can be posted as System Administrators, Database Administrators and Hardware Engineers in the field of servicing sector.
• Faculty members in various Technical Educational Institutes.

Advancement in Electronics & Communication technology heralded the advent of the Information Era. The department has been at the forefront of this revolution and is the most preferred discipline.
The department is having dedicated and well experienced staff. The laboratories are equipped with modern Instruments and Computer facilities. Mini projects and competitions, ensures sound practical knowledge for students.
